Sexton's Cottage The accommodation consists of:-

Sitting Room: A large sunny room with traditional open fireplace and exposed beams, fitted carpet, arm chairs, sofa, colour television, standard lamp, night storage heater and 3kW electric radiator. There is also a 19th century organ (not for use). Kitchen/Dining Room: Good sized, light room, with double stainless steel sink unit, fitted wall cupboards, four ring automatic cooker with oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, extending dining table and ladder-back chairs, night storage and convector heaters. Tiled floor. Door to courtyard with well (now disused and planted with flowers). Staircase and Landing: Open tread pine stairs, with carpeted landing, drawers. Bedroom 1: Double; with 4'6" divan bed, wardrobe, drawers. Airing cupboard. Bedroom 2: Twin; with two single divan beds, wardrobe, drawers etc. Bedroom 3: Single; divan bed, drawers etc. Child's cot (no bedclothes provided.) All the bedrooms have fitted carpets, radiators and bedside lights. Bathroom: Modern bath, pedestal basin, wall heater, wall cabinet etc. Vinolay floor. W.C.: Separate W.C. Vinolay floor. Services: Mains water and electricity (£1 meter). Domestic water immersion heater. Independently controlled night storage heating. Duvets, pillows and bedspreads for all beds are provided but SHEETS, DUVET COVERS, TOWELS, PILLOWCASES AND TEA TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED. NO PETS (except by special arrangement). The cottage is thoroughly cleaned between each letting. The cottage faces south, is off the road and has in front of it a raised terrace and lawn with flower beds and garden furniture from where the hollyhocks and (fruiting) vines can be admired. Beyond that is a secluded mature orchard producing cherries, apples, plums and damsons, all of which you are welcome to eat. All the rooms, the terrace, garden and orchard enjoy sun throughout the day. Parking: Cars can be parked in the orchard (maximum of two).
